Terms of Service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your purchase and use of a Delta42 account and of this website. By buying or using either, you agree to them. Please read them.
Who we are
Delta42 is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or programme, any bank, any employer, any phone carrier or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party companies whose sponsored offers appear in the members area.
What you are buying
You are buying a Delta42 account: software you log into at https://delta42account.com/members/. Opening an account gives you:
- the guided setup, where our software configures your account from your answers — usually about fifteen minutes;
- your account dashboard and the tools in it, built to be used from a phone browser;
- the written guidance and short lessons that sit alongside them;
- email support from a person.
It is software, information and tools. It is not a job, not employment, not a business we operate on your behalf, and not a promise of income. We do not place anything for you, we do not run any outside account for you, and we do not pay you.
Pricing and what is shown at checkout
The price of a Delta42 account is shown on the checkout page before you enter any payment details. Prices and offers can change at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Every charge is a single one-time charge unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
Nothing renews
A Delta42 account is a one-time charge. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no fee that comes back later, so there is nothing to cancel.
Optional upgrades
After you buy, you may be offered optional upgrades to your account. Each one is a separate one-time charge, each one is priced on its own page before you buy, each one can be declined, none is required, and declining any of them does not reduce or remove the account access you have already paid for. If you decline an upgrade, a lower price for it may be offered once or twice before that offer closes. You can decline every one of them and keep full access to what you first paid for.
Your account and personal use
Your Delta42 account is for your own personal use. Do not share your access, and do not copy, republish, resell or redistribute the members area, the tools, the lessons or the materials in them. We may close an account that abuses the service — for example by sharing or reselling access, redistributing the content, or misusing our support.
Sponsored partner offers are run by other companies
Some offers shown inside the members area are sponsored offers from independent third-party companies. They are not Delta42 products. You sign up with that company directly, your relationship is with it, and your use of it is governed entirely by its own terms. We are not a party to that. Terms, rates, eligibility and payouts are set by each company, change often, and may differ by country, so read the current terms before you sign up. Acceptance is that company’s decision, not ours. We may be paid a commission when you buy through one of those offers — see our FTC Compliance page.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for following the law that applies to you and the rules of any third-party service you sign up to. If you ever promote an offer yourself, that includes the US Federal Trade Commission’s disclosure requirements — you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission — each platform’s advertising policies, and honest advertising generally. Do not make income claims about anything you promote, and do not describe results you have not had.
No guarantee of results or income
We do not guarantee that you will earn any amount, or anything at all, and we do not guarantee any other result. Any figure, example, screenshot or testimonial anywhere on this site, in the members area or in a partner offer is an illustration, not a promise or a prediction. Results are not typical and individual results vary. See the Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site or in the members area is legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. It is information. Any money you earn anywhere is taxable and how you report it is your responsibility. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Explodely, which is the retailer and merchant of record for Delta42 purchases, so charges appear on your statement under Explodely. Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract to open a Delta42 account.
The site is provided as is
This site, the members area and everything in them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or up to date, that any linked third-party service will remain available or keep its current terms, or that access will be uninterrupted. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for other companies’ sites, products or decisions.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Delta42 is not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from this site, the members area or any third-party offer. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the refund rights set out in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, text, images, video, software and design of this site and the members area are protected by copyright and remain ours. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
