What you get is a Delta42 account with its own dashboard. It is software you log into, not a folder of PDFs and not a video course you work through on your own.
Setting an account up by hand is the fiddly part, so the software does it. You answer a short set of questions and it builds out your configuration from there.
Every screen is designed for a phone browser first. You can use a laptop if you prefer, but nothing in Delta42 requires one.
